Terms
Simple terms for simple software.
These terms govern access to Trueroom. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.
Effective August 3, 2026
Using Trueroom
You may use Trueroom for your own lawful business purposes. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you enter.
Not financial advice
Trueroom is an operating-planning tool, not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Its outputs depend on the information you provide and simplified assumptions. You remain responsible for business decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Early access
Trueroom is currently offered as an early-access product. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while it is improved. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and applicable terms will be presented before you are charged.
Your information
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give Trueroom permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, as described in the Privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s account or data, test for vulnerabilities without permission, automate abusive traffic, or use Trueroom in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Service limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Trueroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its projections.
