Your business data stays business data.

Trueroom stores the account information you submit, such as your name and email address, together with the business information you add: companies, clients, recurring revenue, opportunities, goals, cash balances, burn, owner pay, and runway settings.

We use this information to authenticate you, calculate and display your business outputs, maintain the service, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability. Your business data is not used to build advertising profiles.

Trueroom relies on a small number of infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and transactional email. They process information only to provide those services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

We use access controls designed to keep each account’s records separate. No online service can promise absolute security. Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational obligations.

You may correct business data inside Trueroom. To request access to or deletion of your account information, email privacy@trueroom.app. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

This notice may change as Trueroom evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice.
